Health Over 50
Almost like a ticking time-bomb, at about age-50 we start noticing sags and “bags” where there use to be muscles, aches and pains instead of the feeling of wellness of our youth, internal gastric rumbles seemingly becoming potential volcanic eruptions, a greater sensitivity to temperature changes (“I can’t take this heat like I use to” . . . “I can’t take the cold . . .”), colds and the flu come more often and stay longer, less energy, but more difficulty sleeping . . .
These are not the inevitable and irreversible consequences of aging . . .
